FROM THE FOUNDATION
Dear Friends,
A word of gratitude and appreciation from your Board of Directors. Thank you for your dedication and passion for the children around the world and the hope that they can know and experience God through your good works and faithful commitment.
The Board of Directors met in June in the beautiful city of Denver, CO. The Board meets quarterly via phone or video conference and annually face-to-face. We welcomed two new board members—Ms. Noel Huebner and Rev. Elias Lopez. We considered how we as an organization might move toward an open-ended, hope-filled future. We wondered how we might live out the wise words of David Allen: “We can do anything, but not everything”. We have challenges ahead, and we ask your prayers for guidance, courage, and the skill to make good decisions. We also ask for your support.
Our world needs a word of hope. The children of the world need adults who act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. I challenge you to consider how you might live out these words in your daily life. How you might find ways to act justly. How you might love mercy. How you might walk humbly with God.
